Al Hilal Bank, Al Barsha Mall Dubai Al Barsha 2 Al Barsha

Al Hilal Bank was a good bank when it first started, and it could sustain that only for a year, then everything seemed to fall through. Now that I decided to close my account, I wad reminded of the reasons that led me to stop using the account for the last few years. I had to visit the branch twice to close the account because the employee did not follow the account closure procedure. I had to pay an amount to cancel a monthly scheduled transfer. These things do not happen in corporations in 2021, let alone a financial institution.

Few days back I visited this brach. I can understand that there is a regulations about green pass alhosn , but I am vaccinated with 3 doses and I can’t make PCR only because I want to know my IBAN #. Security guard was polite and nice, but there was one guy (BOLT) he was so rude ?. Actually I would like to complain on this guy, he didn’t had badge with his name, he was very very rude. If possible you guys have to teach him how to speak with customers and handle the clients, if he cannot then better to find other place, because of like this staff bank will loose the clients. Thank you

The worst branch ever. Only 1 teller and u could stay for 1 hr to get any service done. Employees are not active at Allllll.

I never leave reviews, but my experience with this bank was very pleasant. Every employee (and security guard) I spoke with was very professional, polite, and helpful. They suggested the best option for me and were quick and efficient to help me open an account. Additionally, I found their online services to be quite useful. Overall, it was a great banking experience.

I swear this is the worst bank in uae. Bad customer service, bad bank services.
