Poor customer care service. tried calling them so may times and posted e-mail 10 times but no reply have been received back. only issue is with the customer care service.
I hope bank account you guy up to now l can’t activate it though app hii or and to make the matter worse am calling them every week there response is to tell me wait after two days it’s so annoying.
Good bank! But entrance is always under construction ....
On king Faisal road bank street also
they never pick up the phone even if you call 1000 time i swear very bad customer service
