Could have given 3 or more if they have the proper staffing. Reason why service is slow is due to lack of people. Reason why staff looks serious is because they are just humans who gets tired especially when they don't have enough help. Imagine 7 tellers and only 2 is open. Also for customer service only 2! Thats why yeah get ready for 2 or more hours waiting if you plan to visit this branch.
Now Emirates Islamic Bank is not working in this building ,shifted to somewhere
Ugly customer care service.. I applied for opening a bank account. They can't proceed my application even after 15 days and they are saying there is a technical issue with their IT system which they don't know when will resolve.
Very bad customer service I requested someone Arabic to call me for my mom query yet non Arab person called and I again asked for Arab and they said someone will call and no body called and not to forget if you call they will keep for more than 20 min on the line. Its the very first time for me to contact this bank and its the last time as I will not ever think to deal with such bank.
Always so rushy. So big lines. No helpful staffing.
