Only two machines ???!! And one of them is not working too !!! I have just waited for 45-50 minutes just to deposit really is this fair, making all the people waiting this much time with the less number of ATM and not working ones This is not acceptable really because i was having something very important and i missed it because of that…..
Very lazy and bad service they are asking for hard copies to deposit government payments and other branches never asked for the same how can the banking go green?? and stop for all this hardcopies, keep the manager on duty who is capable to handle such small issues what if customer comes from far only for this transaction and due to one print out you let the customer go around on the street to find stationery shop is this the world class service in digital times..

It says 24-hour service, I walked at 7 am, the city center is closed, can I believe it now?!
