The Best bank for any type of accounts and transactions. Like other big banks in the region, NBF targets Oil & Port businesses. They do cater middle class and low end tables, but the Customer Care is highly oriented towards high value outcomes and thus a few may complain about waiting times and under satisfactory performance from bank employees. Ultimately, it’s part of the business as current economic turmoil speaks for itself. Been banking with NBF for 4 years now. Always good experience from them compared with other banks that I have been dealing with. Regarding online banking, formalities are a bit red taped and not readily accessible compared to a few Major banks in UAE, then again, experiences vary from person to person.
Very bad service. Will make customers wait. Worst customer care, very rude and not helping. Very bad online interface and almost impossible to send money abroad. One of the worst mobile app also
