Was in this bank today needing some paperwork. The lady behind the counter was so nice very helpful and went out of her way with paperwork. With banking today thay all point you to go online. But the lovely lady Claire went that little step further thank you so much for your no problem friendly approach to your customer service. You made my day. Dunboyne branch.

Had a lot of online stuff to do today and the receptionist Ava was absolutely brilliant so helpful and I have to say that The manager Barry will always go out of his way to help and overall I always find the staff very helpful

Went there to close my mortgage saver account and the process was as quick & smooth as possible. Max was really kind & helpful. She explained everything very well and did a great job.

Staff is very kind. They close every weekday from 12:30 to 13:30. They don’t have cashiers (so no foreign currency and other services) but they do have ATMs including one outside for when the branch is closed

One star is to much in my opinion, why do staff in this branch think they are better than the customers? No customers=no job. The staff will do anything else except help the public, everything is always a hassle and they tut and moan if asked a question or for help from the customers. Shockingly bad customer service in my opinion.

The red hair old lady needs to be let go Had my little on with me ,i was going to open a account with them ,but not now will take my money across the road ,that lady should really not be front of house , i ask to open an account and was treated like scum in front of my wee one 2, lucky shes only small and wont understand what happened,

Utterly disappointed with the rudeness I experienced here today with the cashier who in my opinion shouldn't be allowed to deal with the public no customer service skills whatsoever

ATM lodgement broken, 1950’s hours sign, no response about phishing concerns with my account, ridiculously slow app, horrible statement information, no auto sms message options for deposits or withdrawals.. LAME. Will shop around for a new one.

Terrible I phoned 3 times and got horrible voicemail telling me to press buttons None of these buttons gave me access to a person Bank of Ireland obviously think their time is more valuable than their customers time Sorry but my time is valuable
