Terrible bank. My card has been blocked, I've already gone 4 times so that the bank can help me. I provided all the documents. Well, the bank employee said she would dial me, well, it's a lie from her side because she didn't dial me more than once

Customers need to use self-service machines to Lodge money and withdraw money. If a Customer, does not frequent a bank of ireland branch often, they may be surprised and inconvenienced, by the lack of personal service available from bank staff to its customers, as well as the earlier lunch closing times.

It's crazy that you can't contact your actual branch where yor actual account is held. Instead they have outsourced their call centre as well, at least the staff there are as helpful as they can be.
