Bank of Ireland Shamrock Plaza Carlow Carlow

It is now a complete joke trying to deal with Bank of Ireland over the phone .The reason being is that the standard of the english language from the customer service staff is so bad it is impossible to get any satisfactory business completed . When it comes to speaking with your local branch staff you can forget it because of all the hoops you are put through .An abysmal service overall .As a very long term customer I am constantly thinking of leaving Bank of Ireland but is there anywhere that is different . Shame on you Bank Of Ireland.

Useless agents are playing games with us when we call, telling us to go to the bank, and when we get there they tell us to call agents A shame, Carlow bank. , I do not recommend this bank.

Bad bank, terrible service, doesn't solve anything and makes us lose a day of work for nothing.

Useless tried to make a Logment both ATMs had it disabled, every time I need to go to the physical bank boi always disappoints..🤬🤬

The electric doors don't work any more so you just push them open instead of pushing the button, but otherwise it's a fully functional bank with friendly staff. Would recommend if you're in carlow and need to do some bank stuff
