Just before the bank was due to close, I found myself in urgent need of assistance to access funds so I could collect my car from the mechanic. It was one of those situations where every minute mattered—and Nisha truly came through. Despite the time pressure, Nisha remained calm, composed, and totally focused on helping me. She didn’t just process a transaction—she took full ownership of the situation, problem-solved swiftly, and kept me informed throughout. Her professionalism was matched only by her genuine kindness and human touch. I didn’t feel like “just another customer”; I felt understood and supported. This branch is my local branch, I’ve never had to experience such a terrible experience in my life. Staff so rude and unhelpful. Not to be disrespectful but even personal hygiene is IMPORTANT when your working in such sector and with the public.. very very disappointed

Good location with plenty of parking on the street. Not sure why this bank is 3.2 stars as I was in and out in about 10 minutes while dealing with my bank draft. Looks nice and well laid out inside.

I use this bank quite frequently but this morning it's 10:30 and bank opens at 10 but doors still locked not sure what's going on

Shocking device . I will never set foot in this branch again
