Bank of Ireland Main Street Rathcoole Rathcoole

I'm appalled about the slow process of this bank and the incapability of feedback from the consultant. It's been months to try and open a trust account, and emails and calls are being deliberately ignored. Then the cheek of charging me to open a trust account, where for the 4 months, that was never ever even a mention of any charge. I made a formal complaint yesterday, but sure it's being swept under the carpet, cause no one bothered to follow up on this today.

Bank employees are very kind. There are few people here, so there are no queues. My English is not quite perfect yet, so a girl named Serga helped me a lot. I am very satisfied with this bank!

Only ever 1 person behind the counter serving, while 2 or 3 seem to float around the floor, asking what you want to do today and to use the machines. How about getting behind the counter and helping with the queue, rather than trying to get me to announce,in front of everyone, what my private business with the bank is. If you didn’t waist money on this type of rubbish, maybe account fees would be less. Very badly ran, if you could even call it that.

The staff here are very friendly and particularly Claire Finnegan. I had a very urgent issue to deal with recently in relation to paperwork I required for a bank account I have. Claire stepped in and helped resolve the problem for me in double quick time. Well and truly above the call of duty. Many thanks Claire.
