Bank of Ireland Saint Nessan's Road Gouldavoher Dooradoyle

Avoid if you don’t want to be scammed!!! I wanted to lodge some cash at the BOI ATM Dooradoyle branch Limerick and once I inserted notes in to the cash machine they were stuck in the slot and it was very hard to take it back! Unfortunately this was not a first time. I reported the Bank of Ireland staff on several occasions that cash machines have some malfunctions but no action has been taken! I’m a regular customer of BOI for almost twenty years and sadly I have to look for more trustworthy bank in the area.

Was out here maybe two years ago with my elderly mother getting her account sorted. We dealt with a young lady named Isadora who was incredibly helpful and professional. Many thanks.

Staff are very friendly and professional. Branch is always clean and has very quick service. The reason for only 4 stars is because of the car park which is a pure shambles. I visit this branch at least twice weekly and dread the car park

Friendly staff, but usual not enough of them. They’ve closed all the local branches and understaffed main branches.

The entrance to the bank is very dangerous as you have to cross into a bus lane to get in to the very small entrance witch can be very confusing it not safe as there is to much traffic not safe at all
