Miss Amal yasin from Madinat zayed bruch was realy more than excellent with me helping me to solve one problem in my amount transfeer to outside of the country , she help and take cair of my application and come back to me even when application approved , i am realy suggest to ADIB to promot her three degrees more than her current degree , in my opinion she can arrange one full team or bruch in ADIB , also ADIB should be proud having such employee. I would like to share my experience at the Umm Al Quwain branch, which was very disappointing. On Thursday, 18 December at 10:13 AM, at counter 8, I was assisted by a lady whose attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. I did not feel welcomed or supported as a customer. Because of this, I left the branch without completing my transaction and went to the Ajman City Centre branch, where the service was much better and rated them with 5 stars. If negative stars were possible, I would give them to this branch based on this experience.

Can you give try to see salution for atm special when you want to Deposit money. At least add more machine which work deposit on it. We have to stand in line for that.

to whom concern , I’m shocked by the lethargic attitude towards the waiting customers, I see multiple counters but only one counter is catering to the waiting customers. I’m worried why ADIB is not respecting the time of its customers? I had to wait and waste my time with no use rather had to walk out and open an account in a different bank. And this raises a question in mind, if this is the attitude towards customers at such a beginning stage then I wonder how awful and disappointing my experience would have been if I would have decided to stay back further more and opened the account with you. Definitely this is going to be a negative endorsement for ADIB from my side among my contacts.

I have been waiting for more than one hour without receiving any help at all. The staff are not showing any care or respect for the customers, and it is extremely frustrating. On top of that, they are not even using the number counting system, which makes the waiting completely disorganized and unfair. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I am very angry and disappointed with the service

Worst bank. I had a problem for more than 3 months and they still haven’t solved it. The worst branch.
