I would like to share my experience at the Umm Al Quwain branch, which was very disappointing. On Thursday, 18 December at 10:13 AM, at counter 8, I was assisted by a lady whose attitude was unprofessional and unhelpful. I did not feel welcomed or supported as a customer. Because of this, I left the branch without completing my transaction and went to the Ajman City Centre branch, where the service was much better and rated them with 5 stars. If negative stars were possible, I would give them to this branch based on this experience.
Can you give try to see salution for atm special when you want to Deposit money. At least add more machine which work deposit on it. We have to stand in line for that.
