Customer service was pathetic. The guy didn’t read our documents properly and ended up wasting our time. We made a whole round trip home and back, only for him to reveal that the issue wasn’t the documents, but the fact that he read them wrong in the first place.Then he tells us we can’t open the account and blamed it on being dizzy and sleepy even though his desk had enough empty coffee cups to open a mini café. Maybe the caffeine overdosed him instead of waking him up.

Extremely disappointing experience. My card was blocked without any valid reason, under the claim of “missing data update, while my information had already been updated in the system. No prior notice, no communication just a card suspension that disrupted my daily transactions. Customer service showed no accountability and offered no real solution. A bank should provide reliability and support to its customers, but unfortunately, this experience proved the opposite. Definitely the worst customer service I’ve dealt with.

ADIB keeps getting worse and worse. Manager behavior is appalling. It is my fault that I keep my accounts here. The manager wouldn’t help on purpose just because she didn’t like me being angry about them keep delaying my service. I will stay closing all accounts immediately otherwise it is my fault

Very poor service, i’ve been visiting the branch for more than a month for only 1 thing and every time i wait more than 1 hour to be served ! And then every time the employee tells me a different thing and every time they request for a different thing! They could’ve asked for it from the first visit instead of letting me visiting over and over and wait! And still until now my request is NOT SOLVED.. i swear never experienced such thing in any other bank

Utter dissatisfaction experienced due to below reasons. Re-activated a dormant account by visiting the Ajman CC branch. However the signatures were not updated. Visited a week later to report the issues: 1. Unable to request for chequebook from the app, IVR and from the branch because "unable to retrieve customer signatures, Dormant account" while my app says its active. 2. Visited the same branch again to report the issue, the officer had no clue what he is doing, no clue the nature of the issue, did not scan my eid in the system, did not take my signatures, did not give any application ID reference. Pergaps that is the process - agreed, no resolution came, a week has passed. 3. Visited Humadiya branch, the gentleman scanned my ID, took biometrics and signatures- some faith restored. 3 days passed, no resolution. But here i have atkeast the application ID number in my app. 4. Called the help center twice - asked to wait without any TAT. Today a customer service officer said that
