I have been waiting for more than one hour without receiving any help at all. The staff are not showing any care or respect for the customers, and it is extremely frustrating. On top of that, they are not even using the number counting system, which makes the waiting completely disorganized and unfair. This kind of treatment is unacceptable, and I am very angry and disappointed with the service
