Pathetic experience. They are so rude they didn't even bother to answer properly. I have visited twice to open an account but no body helped. The lady in sales hour is worst of them all. Highly disappointing behaviour with customer service on call and in branch. They don't have any coordination and they both are misleading the customers. The also have racism issues.

What should I say? I walked in the branch at 7 pm, it was EMPTY, couple of people gathered around the ATM, no one is inside the branch, I didn’t even have to take a number, I went and sat right away and faced the only employee who was there (I think her name is Noura) Noura did not seem welcoming and wanting to help, she was busy with some papers on the desk in front of her, I explained to her what I wanted and she said there was NOTHING she can do for me and I should refer back to the call center (the call center told me to visit the branch to dispute my claim), I tried to explain to her that I was referred to them through the call center but she insisted on not being able to help me, I accepted it and walked out, then I remembered that I did not renew my Emirates ID and passport through the system because I do not have access to the mobile app (part of my problem) so I went back to the branch and she saw me, I guess she did not want to see me again because the look she had on her fac

I had a very disappointing experience at the Umm Al Quwain DIB branch, specifically with Ms. Noora from the customer service team. I visited the branch more than three times regarding the same issue, each time dealing with Ms. Noora. Unfortunately, she was not willing to listen properly and kept asking me to bring different documents on separate visits. Her behavior was quite rude and unprofessional, which made the situation even more frustrating. However, during my most recent visit, I was assisted by Ms. Mariam from customer service. She was extremely helpful and resolved my issue in a single visit. I truly appreciate her professionalism and efficiency. Thank you, Ms. Mariam, for your excellent support..

This branch is a complete joke. They advertise working hours until 9 PM, but after 3 PM it turns into a ghost town. No tellers, no proper staff—just one person in the loan section who clearly doesn’t care. And even that person disappears early some days, leaving customers hanging with zero support. It’s beyond frustrating. I’ve wasted hours waiting, only to be told “come back tomorrow” or “the person is not available.” Why bother posting extended hours if you can’t deliver basic service? This is not just poor management—it’s disrespectful to customers’ time. DIB needs to stop misleading people and either fix their staffing or shut down this branch after 3 PM. Absolutely unacceptable.

I would like to thank the Umm Al Quwain branch for their great support. I had been trying to access the application for two years without success. Other branches couldn’t help and referred me to the call center, which was hard to reach. The Umm Al Quwain team solved my issue in just a few minutes. I truly appreciate their help!
