I simply needed to change my account from my father’s name to my name since I recently became 21. We were given the number R-104 and waiting from R-92 to R-104 however since the process took longer than anticipated we walked around until we received the message and then instantly walked back. We didnt take longer than 2 minutes to reach but were made to wait another two hours as a result of this. The staff couldve finished the process in 10 mins (according to them) but still none were being cooperative. There were many empty counters during this time but none seemed to be willing to help. One even said that he was clocking out but then proceeded to take someone else 5 mins later.

Went there a few week's ago to open a current account and sat there for 2 hours, im local but i like to sit and wait for my ticket because im not better than anyone else, i see locals coming in and as soon as the costumer goes away they jump in the seat before the staff can call next ticket and the staff doesn't say anything and help them, staff should tell them to take a ticket and sit down and wait because everyone is waiting, and even after waiting for 2 hours my ticket is called out and when i go the staff tells me i need a hard copy of my letter or a copy that's electronically certified. They need a knowledgeable person in the front to tell us what paperwork we need before letting us sit down and waste 2 hours for nothing

ADIB is know for the best customer service but Dalma Mall Branch has special environment were the team is motivated to serve clients in the best manner aligned with being a mall branch special Thank to Mr. Salem Suhail

It very bad the bank is too slow as I am waiting for more than two hours and still the turn didn’t get there and this is not the first time. I started to doubt that this is one of the best banks.
