I've met one of the friendliest, professional, and customer oriented CS reps in this branch (Mr. Husam Zaqout). It was such a delight to complete three transactions seemlessly. Customer service is what makes or breaks the service sector and adib having such stadf onboard builds brand loyalty.
I visited the branch today to close my account and, unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the service I received. The staff at Counter 1 and Counter 2, Mr. Fadi and Mr. Mustafa, were quite rude in their approach. This experience reassured me that closing my account was the right decision. On a positive note, I would like to acknowledge the Emirati gentleman at the reception and the Teller, who were both very helpful and courteous. Their professionalism was much appreciated.
