Manager asked me to leave, in other words kick me out because I’m wearing shorts. Wow to the customer service, sending security and asking me to “leave” and then also the manager in his office asks me to leave??? Also if it was policy, it is very disrespectful I have been a customer for years. Very disappointing.

Worst branch with the worst staff and managers you could ever meet ! Take a number then wait till you die for your turn ( unless you know someone inside 👎🏻 ) Staff behaviours ( counter 3+ 6 + 7 ) is unacceptable , talking like they're doing a favour not their job !! The manager duty is just to give excuses, even a cheque book she have no idea how to apply for it , I think they hire staff just to say ( USE THE APP ) !!! The only good thing there is Mr. Shaban Barakat His good behaviour and nice response and easy way to solve problems is outstanding 👍🏻👏🏻 really needs an appreciation 👌🏻
