Worst service ever. 5 counters, not serving a single customer, waited for almost half hour, not a single waiting person was called. Everyone busy talking to each other or looking at files. Just because they don't value their time doesn't mean their customers have nothing else to do. Why do keep them as customer service counters when they got other work to do? Gonna take my account somewhere else....

Doesn't deserve even a one star , 5 employees sitting , and only one counter working. only came for an iban but waited 20 min , when i told a free counter for an iban , told me to wait for the number. Moving to ADIB better.

Extremely unhappy. I went to the bank for a transaction and wanted to use toilet urgently. I asked security guard and he didn't allowed me to go to toilet. He said there is toilet for the customers, the toilets are available only for staffs.

extremely disrespectfully treated as I asked one of the customer service staff to advise me on the counter I should be approaching as none of the counters were busy or had customers and my token number was next yet not being called. The guy asked me to, "GO AWAAYYY, we're closinggg! go wait somewhere elsee!" at the top of his lungs.. seeing this a lady who was also a staff came and helped me out being extremely nice and polite! was a very bad experience for me!
