Very unprofessional people whether call center ,Management, Credit team,Marketing people. No body at his office when i called Sharjah and Dubai office at 14:15 hrs. Even they connected me through the management by mistake the manager said .This is management and drop the call. At the end they said all the credit card holder can not make ZERO installment plan . Sorry this is not a bank .I felt iam calling small shop of grocery
