I came here at 12:15 and I was assigned counter 4. It's been almost an hour and a half on a Saturday to get a copy of my iBan. It's 2:06 PM and another person took my counter and the lady at the counter told me to wait as soon as she's done. 0/5 service for a stupid IBAN statement.
I requested some documents online and they forgot to stamp it so I went to this branch. The employee sitting in desk 5 was unprofessional. He had this attitude as if he was annoyed and handed me the papers without putting them inside the envelop. It’s his job to hand me everything sealed. SIB needs to train their employees to greet customers with kindness and professionalism.
Agreesive and unprofessional service. Never experienced such an extreme unwelcome coming to a bank.

The branch is empty with three customer service employees at their desks and yet I had to wait for them to call my token no.
