minimum time spent = 45 mins waiting for the staff to attend to you even when there is no customers waiting at the bank. it’s 9 AM and only 2 out of 5 tables have staff working on them and they’re both ‘busy’. ridiculous customer service
Very slow process and not helping the costumer’s especially the supervisor lady she was very disrespectful with me and rude way talking to me because i came for my cheque and they made me wait for a month
There is always issues while deposite by machine always close even in the working hours i went bank in normal working days but its close and in google its open both of the atm machine has always isses never saw even security guard for any emergency or inquire poor and very bad service
Good for Muwaileh people for banking
The service is good, but the service is not fast, only 2 employees inside the branch to complete the services of bank transfers and deposit , ATM machines is old model
