Don't deserve any star, Pathetic service, degrading bank's name. Customer Service never exist there. Think before visiting that branch. Horrible experience
Rude and angry customer service personnels, ignorance of procedures, lack of proper knowledge of processes. I will never prefer this branch in my lifetime and suggests none. On the run, DIB needs to deploy smart and dedicated staff for better growth. All the best to DIB.
