This branch does not even deserve one star. Opening a bank account took more than two months with no clear outcome. The repeated excuse was that an employee had been transferred from another branch, as if this was my fault as a customer. The employee handling my case requested additional documents, and after I provided them, he denied requesting one of the documents. This behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable. I was then told the account would be opened “as soon as possible,” but later informed there was a technical issue due to the employee transfer. When I contacted the branch manager, his response was literally: “I don’t know what the problem is.” If a branch manager does not know the issue or the expected timeline, how is the customer supposed to know? Later, the branch manager contacted me and said the issue would be resolved, yet she also did not know when, repeating the same excuse related to the employee transfer. I recommend everyone to come and finish all your business from this branch. Staff are very professional specially lady Noof Al ali for her kindness and professionalism. I had 3 service to do here and It took only 20 minutes. I appreciate everyone who works here. Thank you.

The waiting time was long. The teller didn’t have enough cash hence customer started complaining. But overall the lady at counter 4 was helpful and assisted me with my request.

Applied to reduce credit card limit but its been 10 mins since ive got the confirmation message/email that it has been done but still its not updated in the app actually, ive called customer service, even visited the same branch but nothing. 1 says to speak to the next person 2nd representative says to speak to another person. Its quite frustrating, when giving cards they are just throwing away no need for any docs no need for any in Person signs but opp when you want to lower the limit or close the card
