NOT RECOMMEND ? Worst customer service. Not recommend to make an account in this bank. The building is fancy and well decorated and environment is good, but what is the good of this things? When don't want to help your customer, even the guards aren't friendly. Recently I went there and the guard behave like very rude with me although the miss had sat on counter 5 wanted to help me, but guard hold me off.

one of the poorest service, went to reopened the bank account, had the awful service, specially who handled our application Mr.Faysal, highly recommended for him to again learn customer service.
I visited the branch today for Biometric varification. The staff was very rude! Especially the girl sitting on the left side right after the enterance. I asked them who is doing the biometric, the girl behaved as if I've stole money from her in the past. Rating it 3/5, 3 just because SCB is the best bank, deducting 2 because of rude staff.
One of the worst customer service experience ever. The front desk lady is not only incompetent but also have a lot attitude and arrogance for her job. Overall staff behaviour is unhelpful.
