The customer service is so bad that no matter how cool minded you are they'll find a way to make you lose your mind. If the staff is on leave at least they should hand over their responsibilities to someone else, why would you want your customer to suffer?
A highly inefficient and useless branch ... No sense of customer service ..for each thing they have just one stupid answer "sir aap branch visit ker lein" ...in this era when ppl are moving to provide door step banking facilities ... These losers are still persistent to call customers to bank branch for every small thing ... Useless and highly pathetic branch ...
Worst customer service ever. Not only they don't want to work, but also highly ill-mannered staff.
Receptionist doesn't know how to guide people. I came to pay fee in the form of a pay order and she put me in line for cash deposit/withdrawal, which I found out after an hour of waiting for my turn when I got to the counter. Took me less than five minutes when I got to the correct counter.
I dont like a service of them, they just put a persons who dont know about there self then what they guid to a costumers.
