Bank manager is very helpful. Staff is very rude. I witnessed one female staff member being rude to an old man who was just confirming account number more than once and was being very polite. Staff wouldn't even try to help / solve your issues. They will try to make you do khuari instead to extreme limits. No public wifi which is extremely disappointing as you cant provide online documents to staff on the spot.

Most rude staff I have ever witnessed in any standard chartered bank. I hate this branch the most because: 1) out of 7 counters, only 1 or 2 will be working, and all others will be closed. 2) due to this, there is always at least 25 mins waiting for your turn. Once I had to wait for 45 mins 3) They make you wait for so long! they wont allow you to even look at your phone! and they wont even place magazines or newspapers with the waiting area! they expect you to sit there idle, like a robot! 4) There is a gutter at the entrance of this bank, which has been clogged since 3 months now. Every person who comes to visit this branch has no option but to splash his boots through piss water! 5) At many times, i have seen that the manager will break the line and allow a friend of his to join the line from the middle! this is infuriating !

The worst SCB Branch in Karachi. I had to go to I.I. Chundrigar to get my things done because the tellers or other staff know nothing of general banking. I don't know where SCB found this bunch and their Manager. Arrogant and useless! I have already requested my branch to be transferred.
