One of the best bank
Everything was great except they don't have a small Dustbin near the counter and ppl throw their tokens on the floor. I complained the area manager but he smiled and ignored :(
Very bad experience! The staff unprofessional and rude, I went there 3 times with my brother to open an account but every time they gave us new requirements, I told him that why you don't give us all the requirements in the first time so he said to me that you don't talked to me before, so I said what do you mean, don't you know the whole process for the open a new account and your staff? Are you here to extend clients problem, so you can't believe what I got the answer from the staff member, he said yes I am here to extend your problems. It's mean that they are serving problems, not customer service. I shocked and just left the bank. But, I don't mind to follow the whole procedure because I know that it's necessary. Is this the way to treat the peoples when they come into your bank? I won't go again at "KHALID BIN WALEED ROAD BRANCH" and I do not recommend to anyone else until they have the good staff or improves their customer care service. #Poor_Customer_Service #Unprofessional_Staff
