Worst Faysal bank branch in the city. Queue is always 45min waiting time. They don’t use all of their available cashier counter. Always only one counter is open. Even if 20 customers are waiting. Avoid visiting this bank branch. Service is really bad.
Avoid this branch at all cost, the services are very slow, no one follows SOPs inside, there's no ticket system for customers they all stand in queues without the mask, every customer spends around 10 - 20 min at a counter for the bank's system to process the payment, there are only 2 counters active always. There are no StormFiber slips for the customers, and they don't accept utility bills so don't waste your time here.
Services are better ....but shortage of staff seen
Location is good & secure in day time..maybe at night too but I am not sure. Building of bank also fine & spacious. Don't know more about this facility.
