Bad experience with this branch, we had to wait almost more than an hour to do only a transfer.. even though there were more than 3 employees but only one was doing the job. ONLY ONE POSITIVE THING WAS HAPPENED THERE an elder man was tired of waiting and ask one of the 3 employees and he was to help him. ( good for you )
Very organised and the people working there are friendly
Outdated bank. Only 1 teller and 1 customer rep. They still ask for original photocopy ID for only 300 riyal transfer. Retards!
Used to be the best branch some 7 years ago, but unfortunately it's probably the worst branch at the moment. Even the Faiha branch is better than these guys! And I saw an employee smoke in this branch near the back end where the security guard sits. كان افضل فرع ٧ سنين قبل و لكن الان للأسف يمكن أسوأ فرع. حتى فرع فيحاء افضل من هنا. C'était la meilleure branche il y a environ 7 ans, mais maintenant c'est probablement la pire branche malheureusement.
We are approaching to 2020 guys, speed up. Very slow operation and I had to wait for two hours for a simple transaction. The app is a nightmare.
