Very slow. Employees sitting there wasting time. People going over the line if they know the proper employee. An hour waiting for 4 people to finish. I'm extremely happy that I won't have to deal with this bank for much longer Edit: one and a half hours waiting. So it turns out that the numbers are not in sequence of arrival. Some "special" people will come and be served. You can wait forever. I sincerely hope that I'll never have to come here again.

Good service but need more employees for customer service

This place is racest and they do not follow the ticket number order... If your Saudi you come 1st... Even if your number was before them Won't be back for sure!!!!! Then you have the security shouting on his mobile on a personal call Oh now the 2nd person has gone in front of me

Unfortunately, there is a lack of respect for the customers, as well as the bank employees themselves, for the numbering system for customer service.
