Always busy, unqualified customer services representatives “ they still under training “ make sure u ask the customer service representatives how long they been working there and are they fully aware of the process steps and time of whatever u requesting of them. خدمه عملاء بدون كفاءه "تحت التدريب"، مزدحم
I can't give less than one star ,that is why I am giving one star. I forget my ear buds in my car so I waste one hour there only reading news paper. Don't expect any service with in one hour as usual
Worst service ever. Go to another branch, better than waiting here, don't think twice!
I'm waiting here for last 1 hour. I doubt they will open a new account for me. Staff is working dead slow. No respect for others time. I hope they will improve one day.
Understaffed. Unorganized. Expect at least an 3 hour wait to get the simplest thing done..
