Very bad customer service and worst time waiting very bad and shame on SNB
Bad customer service. Wanted to open a bank account, no customer service and once I did it online the machine at this branch did not have new cards available. An update; Visited this branch again on May, this time the bankers were very helpful and the service was excellent. A shift from one star to four based on the services provided by the bankers inside the bank.
Very very bad customer service i have been waiting for more than 3 hours to update my account … they need more employ to finish up this issue ??♂️??♂️ 0/10
