Extremely disappointing. I've applied for credit card 1 month ago and not yet delivered. I asked the sales guy, says its not reflecting in the system. I Emailed and contacted customer care. No response yet.
Parking is major issue.. u need to park back side of the building... Surprisingly all staff speaks good English... And fast service
An extremely disappointing experience at the bank. Person manning the reception was at all not helpful. Further, the Customer Care section is practically non-existent. Standard reply on the Customer Care Helpline is "Google the required information"!!!! If the standard reply is to "Google", what is the Customer Care for?
Bad customer service, and super busy customer service agent ,there security is better than customer service counter number 3
