If I can give 0 star I would. The staff here would intentionally, deliberately will want the customers to wait for an hour before you can be served. Customers be sitting, waiting and watching the staff talk inside, use their mobile phones, play games or play music. It really serves as an entrerrainment to watch these employees’ work ethics. They are the vision 2030 Saudi has to offer.
Very slow I have been in other banks they wer so plesnt and welcoming somthing you miss when visiting NSB . I told them I want to close my acount no one asked me why or tried to convinceme not too.I kept going and coming for 3 times to finish a simple thing.the . only one customer service employee that is new and under training takes all the time to call for help from other and customers keep waiting..
TERRIBLE! Only a few employees who aren’t even working! Had to wait for 30 minutes while the employees kept drinking coffee, enjoying tea, on their phones and trying to stay busy from serving their customers!
Every time I go to the bank They disappoint me
Second Worst brach i have ever dealt with, 1- they slow in servicing costumers 2- they claimed that there is system shutdown
