Every day their machine is out off servers ❌❌
Employees are unwelcoming and useless. I visited the branch 3 times and I had the terrible experience. Bank customer relations should train them well how to serve customers politely and efficiently
Worst service the lady manager does not care of the customer just ignore and saying always go head office or go another branch. Am working In Red Sea mall every time when ever I go their answer is No and they never solve any customer. After 4pm manager will go home after that the employee in that bank ignores all the customer and saying come tomorrow or go another branch. Worst customer service need to report this I don’t know to whom to raise my concerns. If any one knows pls let me know.
Atm machine doesn't work good, its too slow, atm machine does not accept cash where the other ncb atm accepts the same cash, it happens too many times incase of deposit. Atm machine has to be fixed why it does not accept the cash where same cash next ncb does
