Got an extra star for a well air conditioned waiting area. Waiting times are horribly long. Especially for existing customers. The obviously do not care about service levels and serving their customers in a timely manner. Might be time to choose another bank.
Zero stars. Very rude to say the least. They don't respect their customers, nor do they know how to talk. Im sure there are better banks out there.
Very very bad behaviour. The security Don't know how to talk customer. I Don't recommend any body to open account at this kinds of bank
Waiting at least 90 mins to get served, while most of the counter are free doing office work only!!
Very very slow customer service. You wait atleast one hour to speak with customer service. And i GOLD customer. I am thinking to change banks.
