Whenever they try to avoid customers, they say the system is down. I caught one of them was a lair. They had trash service.
This branch is really disappointing. First, I need to wait for long time because only 1 customer service available. Second, they can’t give solution about the migration from Samba to SNB and keep asking to come again and again. I was there for more than 3 times and I got nothing about the cc. I know it’s not easy when 2 banks merged but please give us solution about our problems.

SNB Staff which i deal in this branch is very professional and nice.
One of the worst branch. Don’t go anymore, waiting for long time always there system down. Please provide some experience staff to this branch
