Waste of time. Very slow service, 4 customer service employees, 3 clients waiting, and it took an hour to be served.
I don’t understand the logic from those empty counters, I mean they have 7 counters while only one and sometimes 2 counters are serving the customers, this is really a waste of our time. Don’t Come to this branch ??

One of the Worst Experienced Customer Service. they work as per there convenience, a matter of 10 min to print and hand over my statement they took 2 hours after charging me for Statement.
crowded, and probably racist me and 3 fellow expads were told to wait outside while allowing 3 saudis to enter then they told me they cant serve me this week !!!! I might be wrong regarding the discrimination but thats what Ive witnessed. Maybe I should put on a thoub and shemagh and then try again. anyways it was an unpleasant experience glad that I didnt make the mistake of opening an account here
