SABB ساب آية مول، Prince Sultan Road Al Mohammadiyyah

I'm a premier account holder with SABB. I must say some of their staff members are superb. But my experience with premier services is pathetic. They don't respect value of your time, they don't understand the issue. for example, I transferred some amount abroad and it's been one month, no idea where my money is. Sent emails and spoke to customer care and relationship manager around 5 times, but no use. It's complete waste of time with them. That's not how HSBC works.

Very poor service and customer service attention. Takaful staff provides wrong information, zero follow up and totally misleads. Be careful!! Do not invest on takaful products. They mis manage and on top of it they are not able to explain anything. Very bad experience.

Extremely poor customer service ???? There are 5 offices that serves customers, yet only 2 of them are actually working. I had to wait 45 minutes before it was my turn for service…

HSBC should stop partnering with this sabb to save its brand reputation.

Very bad service and disrespect of clients time they have zero knowledge of the system and how to solve the issues the lady who works there asked me to wait in her office she kept me waiting for nothing and in the end she told me to call for online assistance I strongly don’t recommend you to deal with them . ?????
