I tried to get some information regarding mortgage products and determined that the people who worked there were too thick to do business with. I highly recommend not wasting time on them. UPDATE: After sending an email to the complaints address...no further response was received. No one appears to care.
Best bank of the UAE - client oriented. You say your task or issue and consider it as solved.
Business account opening takes ages (~2months) to process. I must say, based on the numerous interactions we had with the bank reps, the bank is not interested in obtaining new clients / businesses. We were glad to notice this during our registration process, so as we wouldn’t continue with RAK Bank. Moved to another bank that values our time and business.
Shockingly inefficient customer service. They genuinely couldn't care about customer satisfaction.
