I have been this morning to Dubai Mall Emirates NBD Bank to collect few documents . This rating is not for NBD Bank as I have my own personal opinion about how was this bank few years back and how it became now. I won’t get into that but I guess customers reviews are a good indication for how well this bank is doing. However, todays review is about the two orchestrating front desk staff Miss Elizabeth De Guzman and Security Guard Mr Kawmi Owsi, this team are just brilliant for the way they managed customers walk-in. I have sat for nearly an hr and I can observer the two are making every efforts to serve and attend to every customer’s request. They are so professional, aware of the bank services and so helpful and supportive. I appreciate their spirits and big help for everyone’s as they did it with a big smile!
Such a horrible experience at the desk. I’ve had to come in three separate times to close my bank account as each time I have been told a different answer about the requirements for my request and the timings of their staff. I do not recommend this branch whatsoever. It has been such a waste of time and energy.
This feels like a government office in a third world country . Please don’t visit this branch . In fact all my Emirates NBD branch experience so far have been really poor . I wonder if the service at a premiums branch like Dubai mall like this . What would be the services at other branches .
Waited for almost 2 hours in teller machine. Each customer waits 20-30minutes before the teller answers and when it's my turn, it is closed! It says that it should close at 9pm but it's closed at 7:45pm and we called the customer service and they don't know anything. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
It's not open at 8 , it opens at 10 , imagine if a small detail like this isn't right , what else can go wrong.?.. and often does
