The best part of the experience here was the friendliness of the staff. They managed to make the stay feel homey and pleasant. Jill at the reception of Tower 3 was always helpful always friendly and ready to assist us for any of our queries. The fact that she spoke with such respect and positive energy it made our day when going or coming back. Ali who helped us with our bags when we arrived greeted us well and was always there to help is grab a taxi or assist us bringing our bags to our room. Apart from the ground staff i really became friends with our cleaning staff, Birpal and Suresh. From day 1 they were very thorough and professional but also were trustworthy and caring. They would make sure to clean every corner without needing to be told or asked. They always did a great job and also very punctual. They both are extremely hardworking people. They're respectful and honest and just overall great people. It would be my delight to speak with them and always get a happy attitude. In

So me and my father drove from Abu Dhabi and gave the valet our car. The first two days there were no issues, but on the third day, they valet gave us our car with the front windows being all dirty!!! The excuse they made is that they parked the car outdoors and showed no sympathy for us neither any apology. They just handed the car like this and went on to deal with other customers. They only thing they complained about is that our car (a GMC Yukon) is "too big" which is ridiculous. We checked out immediately as the manager failed to properly respond to our issue and we do not reccomend anyone (especially those with family cars) to check into this hotel. For the amount we paid (a club room by the way), we expected high quality services and conduct which the staff (especially the valet staff) failed to provide.

Exquisite experience and a magnificent view from the terrasse! Nice food and an excellent quality of service. I step gly recommend it.

Honestly for an ‘Address Hotel’ to have the kind of service we did was truly disappointing. We asked the reception to send someone to service the AC literally 3 times as it was very cold but no one came nor reverted. After 2 days they sent someone. Service otherwise too was very bad. Turn down service would not replace the utilities. The room door handle was jammed and would not shut easily..These are small elements however not expected from Address. Only good part was the connectivity to the Mall.
