Extremely incompetent staff. Don't value their customers or appointments. Made us wait for about an hour and a half to speak to the relationship manager to open a new business account - only to tell us that they don't open these accounts at this branch. This was after we verified three (3) times from the security, staff and teller if we can open a business bank account at this branch or not. And don't forget you will never find RTA parking and have to park in the GREEN Parking paying 10 AED per hour. 0/10 : Better to bank with another bank than deal with this branch.

Never trust this bank they are simply liars and fraud. My account was closed and got a managers cheque but with no other account in the UAE I said a cheque is no value to me, 2 staff members told me that it is no problem, just get the cheque and cash it at the teller. When this came they refused and said it is not possible. They lie and fraud you and are refusing to give me my money and won't open an account for me. One staff member tried to defraud me and give me an high interest bond account if I invest 100000 usd into the account and don't touch it for 5 years. This is simply a joke and shocking that in this country this is what people do and especially for staff of this bank to go against company policy like this.

The worst bank ever! I took CC on this bank but never activated the card. And now I was surprised that I received a Final Notice and I have to pay 1700AED. I tried to call and clarify but they have the worst customer service. They told me that I have no choice to pay for this amount or else I will get bad points and cannot open another credit card anymore. Will definitely not recommend this bank!!!

I visited Rakbank after being in touch with their customer service team online and as per their email advice. But in the bank they refuse to help me, literally behaved like they cant do anything and send me back to “contact customer service”. Im surprised at their unprofessional and least bothered behaviour from a reputed bank like theirs. Instantly decided the discontinue the credit card and never taking their service ever.

I want to commend Ms. Maittha Al Balooshi she is very helpful, friendly and amazing. She help me solved my issue with RakBank and always been very accommodating and very efficient in doing her work. I am an expat and I only walked in to the bank when I have issues to settle and during those times I always very lucky to have Ms. Martha assist me and Mashallah I am so happy she always made everything easy and done it smoothly?
