each customer reprehensive gives different information, bad customer experience, complain took 37 days without solution, the customer care representative was not bothered at all with asking him to close my credit card and bank account, this is how valuable the customer is to them. I could have avoided a very high charges if I was told the correct information.

if i can give -10000 stars, i would. in all my years doing banking, this is my first time encountering a branch that ACTUALLY HAVE ZERO interest in helping customers. in the morning, i asked for foreign remittance form and they said it's to be downloaded on the website. okay that's understandable, i should do it like that. as it is our first time doing foreign transfer with SCB, i wanted to ask specifically the name of the form or even have someone guide me through the website using my phone because their help line will take maybe 5 years to answer of you will have ivrs after ivrs after ivrs. but still, she just said "its on the website just download the form". we tried calling the helpline as i went back to office and they guided me with the form. on the same day later that afternoon, we submitted the form just to be welcomed with "ITS THE WRONG FORM"!!! but cmon, if you already told us in the morning the exact form (seems like you know what exactly you need because you distinguished the right from wrong form), we will save a whole day of going back and forth plus asking our boss to sign all over again. when our driver asked your staff "okay if this is wrong, what should be the correct form? can you show a photo or a sample? or even the name to be downloaded?" BUT STILL NO ANSWER, just said it can be downloaded on the site. rude behaviour is one thing, but being rude AND NOT GIVING A SINGLE HELP at all is different. please do your clients a favor a put a huge poster by the door "WE DONT HELP PEOPLE HERE. FIX YOUR OWN PROBLEM."

VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY STAFF. I arrived at the bank 5minutes before closing, the staff were amazing and helped me even though I kept them busy after closing time. Great service with a smile.
