Visited this branch last week for Business banking service. Was assigned Mr Shameem Quadri, he is extremely professional and courteous in his customer service. Gave clear information what needed to be done. Came back today again and he attended to my request promptly.

Very bad customer service from RAK Bank. Even worse response time from the operations department of RAK Bank. I had made the final payments for my release mortgages before 4 months from now, and after a delay of 2 months, I received my mortgage release documents. After receiving the documents, I was required by the Municipality department to verify the documents from the bank. I informed the bank to confirm the verification with the Municipality more than 20 days ago, and after promising me multiple times that they will call me and confirm, the bank management still has not given me any confirmation or response. I have written multiple emails to them regarding this situation but still they did not solve the issue. This is type of service is simply unacceptable.
