The cheque Deposit service in the machine here is inactive for more than two weeks. I lost my time today . Got to know that my friend had the same situation on 10th December. And they haven't even put a notice anywhere around the machine on this issue .
I want to give minus rating. Pathetic service by tellers. in 25 Minutes only 3 customers they completed. Unbelievable. Reccomend not to visit this branch and try some other branch.
This is the worst bank in the world with the least customer care and also the worst time management. 35min waiting in an empty branch in Al Qouz area to cash a cheque. Very rude employees
very disappointed. i came here for some work. but security told me this branch is closed. they even didn't update here. very bad service
41 degrees weather.. Metro is far by walk.. and ATM didn't work. Disappointed.
