National Bank of Fujairah 135 133 Khalid Bin Al Waleed Road

Very bad experience with this ( Khalid bin walid road near Burjuman center) branch, they wasted my 7 days with no action from the bank to get my No liability letter after settling my CC. When i follow with bank, then only they took action and inform that they don't know how many more days will require. Customer support representative is very rude and almost shouting and behaving rudely. Even they don't know how to respect and deal with their customer. I really get disappointed with the worst experience i had and going to close my account permanently.

National bank of Fujairah in burjuman very nice staff environment is really amazing. They are fallowing COVID safety as well . And they are doing good job with roles . I really appreciate them. I hope this good service will be good for us next time also . Love you guys God bless you see you soon ?

Terrible customer service.... The front counter staffs are exceptionally rude, and they do not know how to behave.... Just teach them how to handle customers so that they can improve... I have never had such an experience from any of the banks in the UAE... Sorry for this....

Very bad/ worst experience I had in my lifetime. Very rude customer relations. Either they don't have knowledge or they don't want to do their duties. Simply passing the ball to others. I had to go to and forth to the bank twice in my duty hours and ended up with nothing .... I definitely not recommend this bank at all.

Very bad experience with few staffs to attend. Always have to wait for hours to get simple stuffs done. Lack of staffs is the problem. Very poor service and banking experience
