I have had a salary account in this branch from 5 years and I have never found these people helpful. They are always busy behind their PC and never consider the customer sitting in front of them. The popular slogan of these people is "The system is not working..." same like in government hospitals in rural areas, when someone has an emergency, the doctor simply replies "Ainu Lahore le jao..." (Take him to Lahore)
It's HBL prestige now. Very very beautiful and eye catching view .
Worst branch of HBL, one bank employee at counter was busy online shopping rather than to serve the customers. And the other employee was in a long meeting only to come out and say that the system is not working. These employees have no sense or mannerism, dealing with the customers. HBL should pay more attention to its employees, instead of its renovating its building's design.
Went there following the map but the branch is under some repair & maintenance work and therefore was not operational
The Operational manager Syed Ashar has iron rod in his neck. His attitude is like 16 year old virgin who likes wealth and riches. The branch staff is following his dirty footsteps of rudeness and negative attitude.
